Nothing says summertime like the flavor of fresh peaches.

And no dessert captures this flavor better than peach crepes with pecan praline sauce.
One bite of this peachy dessert and you'll want summer to last forever!

Ingredients:
•6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
•4 tbsp of butter
•3 tbsp of brown sugar
•1 tsp of cinnamon
•Praline Sauce (see recipe below)
•Whipped cream, for garnish
•Toasted pecan pieces, for garnish

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until a sauce forms and peaches are tender but not mushy.

Meanwhile, if you made your crepes ahead of time, wrap them in foil and reheat in a 325-degree oven for about 10 minutes or until warmed. Make or re-heat praline sauce.

Assemble crepes: Lay first crepe across serving platter. Spoon ½ cup of peaches across the middle of the crepe. Roll in half and top with 3 tbsp of praline sauce, followed by whipped cream and pecan pieces. Repeat with remaining crepes and serve immediately.
